Laborer

Perkasie, PAFull-Time / Part-Time

We're seeking reliable and hardworking laborers to join our construction team. This is a hands-on role supporting various construction projects including remodels, renovations, and new builds.

Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Maintain clean and safe work sites
  • Operate basic hand and power tools
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Previous construction experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Construction / Carpentry Professional

Perkasie, PAFull-Time / Part-Time

We're looking for experienced construction and carpentry professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, remodeling, rough and finish carpentry.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Perform rough and finish carpentry work
  • Install framing, drywall, trim, and cabinetry
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and building codes
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction/carpentry experience
  • Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment
  • Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Own basic hand tools preferred
